Overview

A booking platform on Rails with a React front end. I built its drag-and-drop feature and moved slow Turbo and Stimulus interactions into React components that render faster.

What I built

  1. Built the drag-and-drop feature in React with DnD Kit
  2. Converted slow Turbo and Stimulus interactions into React components
  3. Managed shared state with the Context API, tuned with useMemo and useContext
